Refund Policy

We Only Accept Refund/ Resent in These Cases:

– Damaged/poor quality item
– Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
– Wrong size, color item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered)
– Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order

* Please contact us by email at support@fashioneap.com and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. A replacement will take longer time than normal orders (3-5 business days for processing and 10 – 14 days for delivery).

We Do Not Accept Refund / Resent in These Cases:

  • The customer chooses the wrong item, size, color
  • Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided
  • Customer do not like the item material
  • Customers change the order/ shipping address after the product has been processing and shipped out.
  • Customer returns the product without noticing our customer services team.

Sales Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Size Order

We aren’t able to support refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Damaged / Incorrect Order

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality, or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at support@fashioneap.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replace or a refund for you!

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 2 – 3 business days processing) after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our mail support@fashioneap.com  for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this term is not agile for errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Trackings Says Delivered But You Didn’t Receive It

If a package falls into this case, our reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received.

To Process Your Refund

  • Place the product in it original packaging and take a picture
  • Please send us 1 email to support@fashioneap.com with the subject “Request Refund for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took with the email.
  • We’ll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the return via email. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.
  • After receiving our approval please mail the packet to 421 S. Brookhurst St, Anaheim, CA 92804, US
  • Please allow us 5-10 business days to receive and process your returned products. After we’ve received your returned product, you will get your refund from 5-7 business days and the credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.

How Long Will The Refund Take?

You will get your refund from 5-7 business days and the credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase, the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

What If That Account and/or Card Has Been Cancelled?

You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.

Can The Refund Be Sent to a Different Card or Account?

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you.
